My son celebrated his 4th birthday here and the party room is big, designed so beautiful according to theme that we requested. We are very happy. The birthday party was successful and everyone had so much fun and enjoyed the party. Highly recommended.

We are very satisfied with our daughter’s birthday. We didn't have to worry about anything. Thank you team for keeping the kids entertained. Also the food was GREAT!! We ordered nuggets , pizza and cake. The decoration was beautiful and free! We recommend to everyone

Honestly it couldn’t have been more perfect! The staff was helpful and lovely to work with. The play area itself is amazing for kids 2-5, and our host for the party was so wonderful! Also the entire setup has improved (including internet), so I will bring my kids and work from their cafe more often!

It is a super amazing indoor play area for kids and also parents to spent a nice time with their kids. It is safe and secured. We enjoyed it as a family also Food was amazing.

We celebrated the birthday of our son at Kids HQ
The staff was great, very helpful and friendly
The package we took was Platinum, kids enjoyed the play area and the program of the party. Ladies at the reception were great and hostesses were wonderful
There were 2 important points to improve
- the Air conditioning system doesnt work properly, our guest were complaining of the place being too hot. We brought it to the attention of the staff, they placed one air cooler inside the party room but the play area was still very poorly cooled
- the videographer staff was late for 1,5 hour that kept us and our guests waiting for the start of the party.
When he finally arrived his excuse was a “traffic” on a Sunday!
Well, we swallowed it as we did not want to ruin the mood. Anyways, we got a very bad video by the end of the day after chasing him with the phone calls
Just to mention, we celebrated our sons bday at this place last year as well and it was great, thats why we have chosen this play ground again.
Yes they did have problems with AC last year but the video guy was up to standard- very punctual and we had a great video by the end (!) of the birthday party, thats why after comparing the videos i can say this year video recording staff was really unprofessional

My daughters'(3 & 6years old) favorite place!! The staff and very friendly, specially Alsin. He is amazing to play with kids. My kids always are looking for him. The place is a big enough for those age. Recommended place.

This review is long overdue as i’ve already been getting my kids here for over 6 years and i can’t recommend it enough. I held my daughter’s birthday there last May with Ms Rona hosting and it was absolutely perfect.

I also enrolled my daughter this winter camp (my first time to try their camp) and I am glad I did. My daughter absolutely enjoyed her time and all activities. Also kudos to the staff there, all very friendly, welcoming and professional. Special shoutout to Ms Eliza for always stepping in when my daughter was clingy in the morning by magically talking to her. I will definitely be enrolling my daughter in future camps 🙂

Yesterday we celebrated our boys birthday at the kids HQ and i have to say they have exceeded my expectations in all aspects. The staff was so helpful and friendly, everything was so organized and the ambiance was so happy! My also said that was the best kids party they have ever been!
